So here's fair warning to those of you who will see me on the upcoming trip:

We call it a project because there are lots of things going on here. We are a family of four living semi-rurally in our owner-built off-grid straw bale home, attachment parenting, homeschooling, farming and homesteading with two other family members on 10 acres. Our goals are self-sufficiency and sustainability as we prepare for the future while living joyfully in the present.

You HOT THING! I've just got to take a picture of it tomorrow...in the sun! It looks soooo amazing.
IT just looks weird. Of course, it'll probably look better in person...too bad I won't get to see it! Have fun on your trip! You can stay here if you want....
Wow, Jen! Looks good. You were a blonde as a child, so this is not new to me.
Love,
Nino
Can't wait to see you, but I'm glad for the heads up on the hair color—speaking as someone who often does drastic things to her hair. Been short, been shaved, been sassy, been red, been black, been platinum. Now, I'm just in a long, au naturel phase. But I did ask Jim to pick me up some henna before the conference to help cover my gray! ;)
You look hot! Definitely more sultry model from CA than hard working attachment mama/farmer in NM.
